The bargaining committee has been meeting with American Airlines to create a timeline to schedule all the changes in the new contract, pursuant to the implementation agreement.

Results of the Ratification Vote

The American Airlines tentative agreement was overwhelmingly ratified by members of the CWA-IBT Passenger Service Association. 80 percent of the members voted and it passed by a margin of three-to-one. Voting was conducted by an independent third party.
