Article 2 Grievance Settlement Payout

Corrected 1/21/2016The Article 2 change in control grievance settlement provides payments of $1000 for each LUS full-time employee and $500 for each part-time LUS employee who was on the payroll as of December 9, 2013, and remains on the payroll today. Eligible LUS employees should receive change in control settlement payments of $500 or $1000 in their February 5 paychecks.
