Reservations Mando Overtime Trial

With storms coming, in order to help manage the amount of  mando overtime we have settled one of the staff grievances with a trial period to determine if this is a better way to manage mando overtime in reservations. We developed this trial based on suggestions received from bargaining unit members.

We are working hard to find creative ways to make your work easier. This provides for DAT days at each site and prorated overtime if you are awarded a DAT day during this period. It is our hope that the flexibility of you choosing your overtime will be an advantage to you.
