Results of the Ratification Vote

The American Airlines tentative agreement was overwhelmingly ratified by members of the CWA-IBT Passenger Service Association. 80 percent of the members voted and it passed by a margin of three-to-one. Voting was conducted by an independent third party.

American Airlines senior management will be officially notified. Negotiated wage increases for agents will be implemented effective immediately.
